Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

About This Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
