Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 chicken breasts, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
